Menopause Vitality Program

Menopause can change how you feel in your body, how you think, and how much energy you have for everyday life. For many women, these changes begin well before menopause itself, when things feel unfamiliar or harder than expected. Especially when what used to work no longer does.

The Menopause Vitality Program is for women who are approaching menopause or moving through it and feel depleted, unsettled, or disconnected from themselves and want support navigating this stage with more steadiness and understanding.

While this transition can be challenging, it can also open the door to new possibilities for vitality. When we understand what’s happening and adapt our relationship to our bodies, this stage of life can become a time of recalibration — one where energy is used more wisely, needs are honored, and a sense of ease and joy can be felt in ways that are new and meaningful.

This 12-week program is built on the belief that menopause isn’t something to push through or “get right.” It’s a transition that asks for attention, care, and a different way of listening to yourself. Together, we focus on understanding what’s happening and learning how to support yourself in ways that are realistic, sustainable, and kind.

What’s Included

  • 12 weekly live group sessions
Each session offers education, reflection, and guided conversation. Sessions are paced to support integration rather than information overload.

  • A small, intentionally limited group
This allows for connection, shared experience, and a sense of being seen — without pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

  • Guided creation of a Menopause Vision Statement
Early in the program, you’ll create a personal Menopause Vision that acts as a steady reference point throughout the 12 weeks.

  • Menopause-informed education
Clear, practical information about common physical, cognitive, and emotional changes during menopause — without fear-based messaging.

  • Lifestyle support
Gentle, realistic approaches to sleep, stress, self-care, nourishment, and daily rhythms that can be adapted to your life.

  • Mental skills for resilience and flexibility
Tools such as growth mindset, positive reframing, and working with “all-or-something” thinking taught in ways that support self-compassion rather than self-criticism.

  • Attention to whole-person well-being
Exploration of cognitive, emotional, relational, and philosophical/spiritual aspects of mental health as they relate to menopause and midlife.

  • Optional reflection practices
Simple prompts and practices to support insight and integration between sessions, without pressure to keep up or perform.

  • A calm, respectful, and fun learning environment
This is coaching and education, not therapy. Emotional depth is welcome, and so is laughter. The focus stays on support, understanding, and practical application, in a space that is grounded, honest, and real.
