1:1 Vitality Coaching
Personalized support during times of transition
This work is for times when you want support that is personal, paced, and responsive to what’s actually happening in your life.
1:1 Vitality Coaching offers individualized support for women navigating midlife transitions, menopause, grief, depletion, or periods of change and reorientation.
This work in not about pushing for answers or trying to become someone else. It’s about slowing down, clarifying what matters, and making choices that restore energy rather than drain it.
When 1:1 coaching may be helpful
You might consider individual coaching if you are:
navigating menopause or the years leading up to it
feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or out of sync with yourself
moving through grief, loss, or a significant life transition
questioning old roles, expectations, or ways of living
wanting clarity without pressure or urgency
Sessions are shaped by your life, your pace, and your capacity.
How we work together
Our work is grounded in presence, reflection, and practical integration.
We may explore:
what you value most now and how those values guide decisions
interests, strengths, and sources of meaning that feel supportive
beliefs or long-standing patterns that may no longer serve you
obstacles that make moving forward feel heavier than it needs to be
how your body responds to stress, uncertainty, and change
The focus is not on fixing yourself.
It’s on understanding what’s happening and responding with steadiness and care.
This is a collaborative space. I don’t prescribe or direct. I listen, reflect, and support you in finding what feels true and sustainable.
