ABOUT ME
Change can become a turning point, not a breaking point.
Change has a way of reshaping life from the inside out. What once felt familiar can begin to feel uncertain. Energy shifts. Priorities change. Old ways of coping stop working.
I’m Victoria Lopes. I work with people, especially women navigating midlife transitions, who are seeking steadiness, clarity, and a more grounded way forward during times of change.
My work is based on the belief that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder or fixing yourself. It comes from slowing down, paying attention to what matters, and responding with care.
How I Work
I support the whole person by bringing together evidence-informed tools, body awareness, values-based reflection, and practical lifestyle shifts.
Rather than separating mind, body, and lived experience, we look at how they interact. Real change becomes possible when we listen to all of it together.
Many of the people I work with arrive feeling:
exhausted or overwhelmed
disconnected from themselves
uncertain about what comes next
Our work creates space to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and move through change in a way that feels steady and real.
What Guides My Work
My approach is practical, grounded, and human.
I draw on years of experience in movement, mindfulness, personal growth, coaching, and organizational work, as well as my background working with individuals, groups, and organizations across health, wellness, and professional settings.
Just as importantly, this work is shaped by lived experience. I know what it feels like to be depleted, to carry grief and uncertainty, and to search for steadiness when life changes faster than you can keep up with.
That combination of lived experience and professional training allows me to meet people with both compassion and practical support.
Beyond Coaching
Alongside my coaching work, I founded the Hope & Humanity Project, a values-driven space dedicated to highlighting courage, compassion, and everyday acts that sustain our shared humanity during difficult times.
This project reflects a core belief that personal well-being and collective well-being are deeply connected. How we care for ourselves shapes how we show up in our relationships, our communities, and the wider world.
Why I Do This Work
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
When people feel steady, supported, and strong, meaningful change becomes possible.
This isn’t only about managing stress or building confidence. It’s about how we live, how we relate, and how we meet both personal and collective challenges with integrity and care.
