About Victoria
I am a Midlife Coach working with women who are ready to reclaim who they are and what they want from this chapter of life.
My own midlife has not been without difficulty. A life that didn't follow the expected path taught me what it feels like to carry the weight of what didn't happen alongside the question of what still might. For a long time, I measured myself against others, doubted my own capacity, and wondered if I had arrived too late to live the life I always sensed was possible.
Years of personal work brought me further than I imagined, to grace, understanding, and a steadier, more honest sense of who I am. Not a fixed place of arrival, but a capacity. The lessons continue and hard things still stir. The difference is in how I move through them.
This work is how I make meaning from all of it, and how I walk alongside other women doing the same.
This work is for women who are ready to look inward honestly, go deep, and do something real with what they find. It is not a substitute for therapy, and I will always encourage women to seek that support when it is needed.
Background
The path that brought me here has been varied and illuminating. My professional life has spanned marketing communications, training and development, and human resources within Fortune 1000 companies; senior account management for international brand consulting agencies; and personal training and health coaching in fitness and primary care settings. Woven throughout has been a deepening practice in movement, mindfulness, personal development, and coaching. I bring all of it to this work.
