Keeping hope alive through courage and compassion
The Hope & Humanity Project
When the world feels broken and overwhelming, holding on to hope can be hard.
The Hope & Humanity Project is here to help keep hope alive.
We recognize what is difficult, unfair, and painful. At the same time, we highlight what is healing, growing, and human. This page is dedicated to people and moments that remind us what we are working toward and what is still possible.
Hope is not pretending everything is fine. Hope is noticing what is good and feeding it, so it has room to grow.

Care for Those Carrying Hope Forward
It takes strength to hold on to hope. In times like these, it can be exhausting.
The courage and compassion in these stories are real and inspiring. People working for change often carry fear, grief, anger, and burnout alongside their hope.
That’s why support is a part of the Hope & Humanity Project.
If you are working for justice, democracy, and human dignity and are feel exhausted, scared, angry, or overwhelmed, you do not have to carry it alone.
I offer free online support sessions for people carrying hope forward so we can support each other on the long road ahead.
What these sessions are like:
We start talking about what you are carrying now, what matters most to you, and what support would help. Together, we set an intention and use simple tools to calm your nervous system and help you feel stronger.
Sessions may include:
Grounding and regulation practices
Nervous system resets you can use anytime
Clarifying values and boundaries
Support for sustainable resilience
Format
60-minute online sessions
Weekly or every other week
Up to 4 sessions
I offer these sessions in a limited way so I can take care of myself. If I can’t offer a session right away, I will try to share resources or connect you with other support.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for caring.
