Midlife Coaching

One-on-one support for living well through change

Midlife has a way of surfacing questions that are hard to ignore. Not just practical ones, but deeper ones about what you actually want, what still fits, and what you've been carrying that no longer serves you.

The questions people bring to this work often sound like:

  • How did I end up here?

  • Do I actually like my life, or have I just gotten used to it?

  • Is it too late to do something different?

  • Is this as good as it gets?

These questions rarely come with easy answers. Yet they deserve your honest attention.

How We Work Together

This work is grounded in your values. Not as an abstract exercise, but as a practical compass. Before we can figure out what needs to change, it helps to get clear on what actually matters to you and where your life is out of step with that.

We start there. You do some work outside of our sessions to identify what you value most. Then we build from it together, following what's most relevant for you and adapting as we go. Some people work through this methodically. Others need it to emerge more organically through conversation. Either way works.

From there, our work is honest and unhurried. We pay close attention to what is unfolding in your body, your relationships, your work, and your sense of self, using all of it as material. The aim is not change for its own sake, but to help you live this chapter of life with intention and meaning.

Most people work with me over three to six months, meeting once a week or every other week. Sessions are arranged at mutually convenient times to help fit coaching smoothly into your life.

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are held online for 60 minutes on Zoom.

There is no rigid structure, but there is a natural rhythm. We start with what is most present and follow what matters.

Some conversations invite deep reflection. Others focus on practical steps. Most often, they weave both together.

Between sessions, you might notice new patterns, subtle reactions, or gentle shifts in how you move through your days. These real-life moments become part of our work together.

People often describe becoming clearer about what they want and less reactive to everything pulling at them. More able to make choices that reflect what they actually know to be true, rather than what circumstances seem to demand.

Is This Work for You?

This work is for anyone who wants to live this stage of life well, whether something specific has shifted or there is simply a sense that more is possible. All it asks is your willingness to look at what is unfolding and meet it with honesty.

Women experiencing menopause may also want to look at the Menopause Vitality Program, which focuses more directly on that transition.

If this sounds like the support you have been seeking, I invite you to reach out for a conversation.
