Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching for women ready to live with more clarity, strength, and self-trust.

Midlife has a way of surfacing questions that are hard to ignore. Questions about what you want, what still fits, and what you have been carrying for a long time.

You may be navigating a clear transition: a change in work, a relationship, caregiving, an empty nest, loss, retirement, menopause, or changes in health and energy. Or you may simply have a growing sense that the life you have been living no longer fits quite right.

The questions people bring to this work often sound like:

  • How did I end up here?

  • Do I actually like my life, or have I just gotten used to it?

  • What do I want now?

  • Is it too late to do something different?

For many women, these questions are connected to years of adapting: reading the room, anticipating what others need, setting aside their own wants, and becoming the person who holds things together.

Those habits can grow out of care, responsibility, and the many roles women are asked to carry. Over time, they can make it harder to hear your own preferences, trust your judgment, or recognize how much you have been holding.

Midlife often brings that into sharper focus.

How We Work Together

Our work begins with your values: what matters to you now, what you want more of, and where your life may have drifted away from those things.

We pay attention to the roles, expectations, and habits that have shaped your choices. We look at what has become unsustainable, what you are ready to question, and what deserves more room in your life.

Some people begin with a particular decision or transition. Others arrive with a feeling of restlessness, depletion, or disconnection from themselves. We start with what is most present and follow what matters.

My approach brings together values-based reflection, attention to the body, story, and practical support for the changes you want to make. We may explore stress, energy, boundaries, relationships, work, purpose, or the ways you respond when too much is being asked of you.

The work is honest and unhurried. It gives you a regular place to sort through what is happening, reconnect with your own perspective, and make choices with greater clarity and self-trust.

Most people work with me over three to six months, meeting weekly or every other week.

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are held online for 60 minutes on Zoom.

There is no rigid agenda. Some sessions are reflective and spacious. Others focus on a decision, a conversation, or a next step. Most weave both together.

Between sessions, you may begin to notice patterns in daily life: what drains or restores you, where you override yourself, how stress shows up in your body, or what brings a sense of energy and aliveness. Those observations become part of our work.

Over time, women often find that they are clearer about what they want, less pulled by everyone else’s expectations, and more able to make choices that reflect their values.

Why Individual Work?

Group work offers community and the relief of being understood by other women in it together. Individual work offers something different: depth, privacy, and a pace set entirely by you. This is the place for the questions you are not ready to say out loud in a room, and for going as far inward as you want to go.

Who This is For

This work is for women who are ready to look inward honestly, go deep, and do something real with what they find. You may be facing a particular change, or you may simply be aware that the old ways of managing, accommodating, and pushing through are no longer working as well as they once did.

You can begin with a question, a decision, a feeling of being stuck, or simply a sense that your life needs more attention.

Women experiencing menopause may also want to look at the Menopause Vitality Program, which focuses more directly on that transition.
